Stars arise in your eyes
And the smile you wore could light the skies
I know that the light you brought still shines

Bravery and integrity
Were your sword and shield that all could see
And your battle has left such a legacy

It’s a mystery to me
How cruel life can be
So many never can
Be the same again since 11:10.

Silence falls, and tears pour
As the sound of your voice is heard no more
But the words you spoke still endure
And the world is different than before
